Tip Me Frederick is a non-profit Trap-Neuter-Return-Manage (TNRM) cat resource for Frederick MD and surrounding areas. TNRM is a humane alternative for managing and reducing stray, outdoor or farm cat populations.
Tip Me Frederick derives its name from the process of ear-tipping an outdoor cat. This means that the top 1/8″ of the cat’s left ear has been surgically removed. This is an international symbol that tells people a cat has been altered and received its vaccinations. These cats have a “colony caretaker” who loves them and manages their ongoing daily needs. Tip Me Frederick was founded to help these caretakers find the resources they need to do just that.

Sometimes, we encounter cats who cannot be returned to their colonies for medical reasons or because they are too young.
Monetary donations are always needed to buy vaccinations, traps, and supplies. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
